2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Accounts found to be using third-party payments may be suspended and any pending withdrawals delayed pending investigation.

2.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

gtt999 aims to process withdrawal requests within one to four hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, following system maintenance, or where account verification is pending. gtt999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal turnaround times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

2.5 Verification Before Withdrawal

gtt999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period requested may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by gtt999 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution weightings, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

4.1 Acceptance of Bets

In the event that odds, prices, or game payouts are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human mistake, gtt999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds and to settle those bets at the correct odds where they can be determined. gtt999 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly and to communicate with affected players.

4.3 Game Integrity

Where a complete round was not played due to a server failure attributable to gtt999, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
